This material from which this CD is assembled was originally recorded LIVE at an event organised by thee Institute Of Thelemic Culture, at the WOW Hall, in Eugene, Oregon, U.S.A. on April 8th 1994 (day 2.22 ov "The Holy Days"). I.T.C. promoted this event to "Demonstrate the power of Action over Thought." Psychic TV travelled inside thee natures ov Magick an experience that seemed highly amplified in both Transmitter (Speaker) and Receiver (Audience) by Genesis' wearing ov thee original Yeti Mantel ov Aliester Crowley. There was no written script, rather a series ov three key themes intended to correspond in whichever oblique way transpired to thee three days ov thee reception and transcribing ov "The Book Of The Law.". Inevitably, presence is nine tenths ov thee law. Nevertheless, we issue this initial edition as an outer documentation ov an inner E-vent. Later in 1995 thee INSTITUE OF THELEMIC CULTURE will be issuing an extended special signed, collectors only "INNER EDITION" CD of thee piece in it's Magickal entirety with substantial footnotes and ambivalent navigational maps.
